Acceptance of Terms Through Use
By using this site, you signify your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein and hereinafter referred to as “Terms”. If you do not agree to these Terms please do not use this site. We reserve the right to change, update or revise these Terms. We suggest that you check back from time to time in order to understand our current Terms. Your continued use of this site following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
General
When you obtain a listing from the MLM Yellow Pages, we ask you for personal information. We use this information to process your orders, post your listings, and to communicate with you about the status of your orders. We also use your email address to send you occasional messages about MLM Yellow Pages special offers, promotional announcements and customer surveys. Occasionally, we send our customers special offers and promotional information via postal mail, using the address provided. We allow all users to opt out at any time from receiving e-mail messages and other electronic communications from the MLM Yellow Pages and third parties including selected MLM Yellow Pages partners or from having information shared for marketing purposes with third parties including selected MLM Yellow Pages sponsors or business partners. If you no longer want to receive email announcements, electronic communications or postal mail, simply contact us to unsubscribe.
Collection and Use of Information
When you place an order with MLM Yellow Pages, we ask you for your name, address, telephone number, website, email, tagline, description, and image. Some or all of this information is posted based on the level of your listing. Additionally, when purchasing listings, we will ask for your credit card number or bank account number along with the associated name, address, telephone number so we can verify your account information and process your order. We use your telephone number only if there is an order-related issue, not for marketing purposes. For the purposes of updating your records, your email address will be your username, and you may choose a 15 character password to protect your listing from unauthorized changes. An email password reminder function will be available in case the password is lost or forgotten.
Cookies
As you browse MLM Yellow Pages website, cookies are placed on your computer's hard drive. (Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your hard drive.) Cookies allow us to simplify your navigation of our website. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you may not be able to use all of the features of the MLM Yellow Pages website.
Disclosure
Except as described in this section, we will not sell, rent or disclose your personally identifying information to third parties without notifying you of our intent to share the information and giving you an opportunity to prevent your information from being shared.
We work with other companies, agents or contractors to perform services necessary to some of our day to day operations. For example, we have partnered with other companies process credit card and ACH Checking transactions. We may provide postal addresses to other vendors, including but not limited to shipping companies and the U.S. Post Office for delivery purposes. From time to time, we may partner with companies whose products we believe will interest our users. In conjunction with these partners, we occasionally send promotional announcements to particular customers. You may request that your name be excluded from these mailings with our marketing partners by contacting us. We may use a vendor to carry out these mailings. However, we use caution to prevent these companies from seeing any information that could identify you or be used to contact you directly beyond the intended purposes.
Any exceptions to this policy of sharing your name, address or email address with a partner company will be done only with your permission. MLM Yellow Pages also reserves the right to disclose information when required by law.
We also provide analyses of our customers in the aggregate to prospective partners, advertisers and other third parties. We do this so that we and our advertisers and customers can understand you better, and so we can keep bringing you a first-rate service and helpful products.
We may also disclose, in the form of quotes, literal statements made by our customers. When we do so, we use the first name, last initial, city and state of the customer, (I.E. Mary K., Santa Cruz, CA). If you do not wish to be quoted, please state so in your correspondence to us.
Security and Access
For transmitting your personal information to us, we use a secure server (SSL), which encrypts all of your personal information. This encryption process helps to ensure that the information you give us is protected against unauthorized access.
We have implemented technology and security features, as well as strict internal guidelines, to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use. We will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available. While we make every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our system, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
Listing Cancellation
We at the MLM Yellow Pages feel that our customers should never pay for a service they are not able to benefit from. We recognize that for a variety of reasons our customers’ listings my change. If you move, change phone numbers, websites, or simply decide to market an entirely different business opportunity, there is no need to cancel. Your listing is fully updatable and even transferable to a different company. Just log into your account and you can update any part of your listing information. If your password is lost or forgotten please click here to use our email password reminder functions. Remember, you will be able to change your listing data as often as you wish.
If you decide to change your affiliation to a new company that is not in our database, please contact us and we will be happy to verify the company information and add them to our database.
Proprietary Rights
By using this site you further acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this site are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by All About Computers, Inc., you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content. Notwithstanding the above, you may print or download one copy of the materials or content on this site on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Systematic retrieval of data or other content from this site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without written permission from All About Computers, Inc., is prohibited. In addition, use of the content or materials for any purpose not expressly permitted in these Terms is prohibited.
As noted above, reproduction, copying, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements on this site is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of All About Computers, Inc.
